
Cherry G83-6644 Smartcard Reading / Secure Sign On (SSO) Keyboard
Ideal for logging in to secure environments such as police force computer systems, the G83-6644 offers a secure smartcard readers integrated into the keyboard, increasing user acceptance and minimising the cost of implementation.
The smartcard reader is a class-2 device and is fully approved for digital signatures, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Single Sign-On. In addition, it supports secure PIN entry, and CT-Api. The keyboard is CCID compatible and is compliant with both ISO 7816-2 and EMV 2000 Level 1.
These durable devices feature a heavy base enabling one-hand card insertion and removal without any movement of the unit.
