For many years the use of coloured keycaps has been used to help operators to quickly identify and select key functions on retail point-of-sale keyboards. This leads to the improved use and efficiency of Access' keyboards, and to reduce operator training time.
The careful selection of key and legend colours is important, and we are happy to provide advice.
Access has a standard range of 21 keycap colours that are shown below: the majority of all keyboard designs make use one or more of the colours shown below.
