Rapid and high quality support is essential for mission critical devices. Access IS has an established world-wide network providing sales, maintenance and technical support.
Time difference, language barriers and customs controls can act as obstacles to efficient business operation. Removing these barriers for our customers has been the motivation in establishing a worldwide network of sales and repair centres.
We understand the importance of providing a fast response. Whether it’s to answer a technical question or to arrange the rapid repair of a failed device, a swift solution can result in significant cost savings. We have a network of thirteen support partners in five continents situated in twelve countries: Australia, China, India, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, United Kingdom and the United States.
Our partners are carefully chosen and equipped to offer the high level of technical competence and workmanship you would expect from Access IS. Each new partner undergoes our authorisation training programme. Once approved, they have access to our full engineering library ensuring the support they offer is current and technically adept. Only Access IS supplied parts are used in the servicing and repair of our products. To keep cycle times to a minimum we hold significant inventories of parts in each one of our service centres. Every repair will include the checking of all functionality against factory specifications and all work carried out outside of warranty is fully quoted and agreed in advance of any work.
